To ensure emails from @gaviso.agency, @gdm.studio, or other related domains don’t end up in your spam folder, follow the steps below for your email provider.

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and go to the Spam or Promotions tab.

  2. If you find our email, right-click and choose “Not spam” or drag it to the Primary tab.

  3. Click the three dots on the email > Filter messages like this.

  4. Click Create filter, check “Never send it to Spam”, then Create filter.

Outlook / Hotmail

  1. Click the Settings ⚙️ icon > View all Outlook settings.

  2. Go to Mail > Junk email.

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and type: gaviso.agency and gdm.studio

  4. Press Enter and then Save.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ > More Settings > Filters.

  2. Click Add new filters.

  3. Name your filter (e.g., “Gaviso Emails”), and set the rule:
    From contains: gaviso.agency or gdm.studio

  4. Choose to send it to Inbox, then Save.

Apple Mail (iCloud)

  1. Go to iCloud.com > Mail > Settings (gear icon) > Rules.

  2. Add a rule: If “Sender is” @gaviso.agency, move to Inbox.

  3. Save the rule.

Additional Tip
Ask your IT team or email administrator to whitelist our sending IPs if you’re using a custom domain or business server.
