What is Cache?

Cache is temporary storage where your browser saves copies of websites—images, scripts, stylesheets—to load pages faster on repeat visits. Instead of downloading everything again, your browser reuses stored files.

Why clear it? Outdated cache files cause display issues, broken functionality, or prevent you from seeing updated content. Clearing cache forces your browser to download fresh versions.
